Oatz&Co to join Stokes High Bridge Café in new partnership

Lincoln-based food business Oatz&Co is moving from Central Market to open a new café in partnership with Stokes Tea & Coffee.

The venture, called Oatz&Stokes, combines Oatz&Co’s baked goods and homemade products with Stokes’ established café services on High Bridge in the city centre.

Oatz&Co was founded in 2020 and specialises in homemade flapjacks and other baked goods. Stokes, a fourth-generation family business, was established in 1902. The café offers a selection of coffees, teas, and freshly made food, and has been a favourite for generations of local residents.

The new partnership will see Oatz&Co products added to the café’s menu alongside Stokes’ existing offerings, including specialty coffees, loose-leaf teas, and freshly prepared meals.

The business says the collaboration has been in development for some time, and it plans to share menu updates, renovation progress, and promotions ahead of the official opening.

The café is located on Lincoln’s High Bridge, the only medieval bridge in England with buildings still standing on it, spanning the River Witham.

Oatz&Stokes will leave the market on 9th November and will officially open in High Bridge on 22nd November.

As part of the move, the café is hiring for two new part time employees. For more info email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
