Showhome opens at Charterholme - city's new community

A new showhome has opened to the public at Charterholme – the major new neighbourhood taking shape on the western edge of Lincoln.

The property, called ‘The Taylor’, offers visitors a first look at the style and quality of homes being delivered as part of the development. It has been professionally decorated by Lincoln-based builders Lindum Homes with the help of local suppliers and retailers, showcasing modern family living across a carefully designed layout.

The showhome is now open for viewings, giving potential buyers the chance to explore the first phase of homes coming to the site, formerly known as the Western Growth Corridor, which is being developed by Lindum in partnership with City of Lincoln Council.
