Triple CAMRA win for The Joiners

Triple CAMRA win for The Joiners

Cheers to The Joiners Arms - the Lincoln CAMRA Branch Pub of the Year 2026.

The accolade as the city’s best real ale pub was the first of three won by the Victoria Street hostelry - the second was Overall Winner for both the city and surrounding villages and the third was recognition of The Joiners being in the national Good Beer Guide for 10 consecutive years.

The awards were presented by Aaron Joyce, chair of Lincoln CAMRA Branch, to pub landlord Paul Mann, who has worked hard to build a safe and welcoming community pub, with friendly staff serving excellent ales.

Paul said: ''With Lincoln having so many fantastic pubs, to come first this year is amazing. The CAMRA award is a credit to the Joiners’ team and our customers who make the pub a thriving community space for all ages. This success is especially valued given the challenges pubs are facing at the moment and the rate of pub closures nationally.''

The Joiners is one of Lincoln’s surviving community pubs and holds weekly events, with music being a strong focus, which include a regular Tuesday quiz night.  The pub also gets in the spirit of Lincoln’s themed events such as the 1940s Weekend and holds charity events to support local and national organisations.
