Assault victim ‘critical’

Police are investigating an assault at a Monks Road property in Lincoln where a man was left with serious injuries on Sunday.

Officers were called just after 6.30pm to reports of an attack and discovered a man in his 30s at the property, who taken to hospital where he is undergoing treatment and remains in a critical condition.

Several lines of enquiry are underway, and police are appealing to anyone who has not already spoken to officers to contact the force one of the following ways:
