Burglars target Bassingham homes
Police are asking homeowners in Bassingham to remain vigilant after two reported burglaries in the area in recent days.
Officers were called to burglaries in the village that are believed to have both occurred on Saturday, December 6.
Entry was gained from the back garden with a tool used to remove the lock from the door at the rear of each address. Those responsible appear to have been targeting jewellery.
Investigators are now trying to piece together as much information as they can and are asking anyone who saw suspicious people or vehicles between 4pm-7pm
on Saturday to get in touch.
