Man charged after fatal crash

A 39-year-old man has been charged to court following a collision at Nocton in which a child was killed.

Veselin Dudenski, of Cherry Avenue, Branston, is accused of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

The charges follow an investigation into the crash on Metheringham Heath Lane, Nocton on Friday, January 3 this year, which led to the death of a seven-year-old Elsie Gascoigne (pictured).

Mr Dudenski is due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on October 16.
