Spotlight on Co-op colleagues

Lincolnshire Co-op has recognised colleagues who have gone the extra mile as part of its THRIVE Spotlight Awards. 

The awards celebrate colleagues who are living the society’s THRIVE values - trustworthy, helpful, respectful, inspiring, valued and empowered. The winners were nominated by their fellow staff members. 

A panel made up of colleague judges selected a winner and runner-up for each category with prizes of £100 and £50 respectively. 

Lincoln area winners were: 

Respectful winner

Louise Shaw and Julie Hancock – Team Leader and Customer Service Assistant, Skellingthorpe Road Food Store in Lincoln. 

Inspiring winner

Sharon Waller, Tracy Parker, Sarah Lambert, Kelly Jackon and Katie Woodward-Emslie – Reception team, Tritton Road Funeral Home in Lincoln.

Valued runner-up

Zara Warner – Funeral Operative at Tritton Road Funeral Home in Lincoln. 

Empowered winner

Deborah Skelton, Lisa-Marie Rogers and Rebekah Houlden – Best Practice Team, Birchwood Health Hub in Lincoln.
