Young Imps can take over match day action
Does your youngster dream of following in the footsteps of their Lincoln City heroes?
Thanks to the upcoming Junior Takeover Day, the club is giving some lucky young Imps the chance to do just that!
The Junior Takeover Day offers young supporters the chance to be right at the heart of the club’s operations on a matchday.
The next Junior Takeover Day will be Saturday, March 21 when the Imps host Rotherham United at the LNER Stadium.
“Not just about fun, the Junior Takeover Day helps to create a unique sense of belonging and empowerment for our youngest fans, giving them an unforgettable experience of taking an active role within the Imps, offering essential life skills such as inspiring leadership, creativity and teamwork,” said a club spokesperson.
Activities and opportunities include:
- Player
- Chief executive officer
- Groundsman
- Referee
- Commentator/media
- PA announcer
- Kit manager
The Imps are welcoming children who have a real passion for the sport and are eager to throw themselves into the professional football world.
The deadline for applications is this Sunday, March 1.
