Lincolnshire County Council is calling on business leaders to join The Lincolnshire Energy Conference, a pivotal event designed to help shape the future of energy use and generation for the region.
Organised by Cllr Colin Davie, this landmark conference will take place on Tuesday, February 25 at the University of Lincoln.
It is an opportunity to gain insights from leading experts and decision-makers about navigating the transition to net zero and the challenges and opportunities it presents for businesses across Lincolnshire.
With a focus on affordability, investment, and innovation, the event will explore how businesses can adapt and thrive while contributing to a resilient and sustainable energy future.
Confirmed Speakers Include:
Cordi O’Hara OBE FE - President of National Grid UK Electricity Distribution, who will share her expertise on transforming the electricity network to meet future demands.
Sir John Peace CVO, CSTJ - Chair of Midlands Engine, who will provide insights into the region's key role in shaping the UK’s energy future.
Other national and international speakers on the agenda, include representatives from Siemens Energy, Dr John Constable, Jepco, Heyco.
Cllr Davie, is the county council’s executive member for economy, environment and planning said: “Lincolnshire has a vital role to play in shaping the future of energy in the UK.
