Sills & Betteridge celebrates promotions across the region

Legal firm Sills & Betteridge LLP has announced a round of promotions, recognising the achievements of 19 staff members across its offices in Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the East Midlands.

The appointments - effective from 1 June - span departments including Residential Property, Family Law, Wills & Probate, and Clinical Negligence, and reflect the firm’s ongoing growth and commitment to investing in talent.

Among those promoted are four new Partners: Sue Ross and Ellis Crawford from the Residential Property team, and Peter Dadswell and Natalie Wiles from Family Law. Eleven team members step into Associate roles, including specialists in Family Law, Wills, Trusts & Probate, and Clinical Negligence.

Three individuals have been named Senior Executives, while three more have become Senior Conveyancing Assistants, recognised for their valuable support roles. The firm has also appointed Bev Robinson (Risk and Compliance) and Jennifer Lowe (Marketing) to Director positions - underscoring the importance of its Business Services teams.

The announcement comes as the firm enters a new financial year with plans to expand its presence in Sheffield, Nottingham and Derby following recent mergers, and to relocate its Sleaford team to a new, more accessible office in the town’s Market Place
