Future of mental health services
Play a part in the future provision adult mental health urgent care services in the county.
Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) is holding engagement events over the next few months to hear the thoughts of patients, service users, carers, families, professionals and the public on how urgent mental health care is delivered locally.
Gareth Price, Urgent Care Pathway Service Manager at LPFT said: “It is so important to hear from as many people as possible so we can provide the highest standard of care and continue to make sure we provide the right services, at the right time and in the right way.
“We’re particularly keen to hear from people who have accessed our urgent care services either recently or in the past. We’d also like to know how people would like to see care delivered in the future.”
Engagement events for Lincoln area residents will take place on Monday, December 9 11am – 12pm virtually over Microsoft Teams and
- Monday, January 13, 2025, 10am – 12pm at Bridge Church Lincoln, Dunston House, Bridge Central, Portland Street, Lincoln, LN5 7NN
Attendee will hear more about how urgent care support is currently delivered and share their own experiences and views to help shape future care.
The urgent care services include the 111 crisis helpline, Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Service (CRHT), Health Based Place of Safety (also known as the Section 136 Suite), Mental Health Liaison Services, Psychiatric Clinical Decisions Unit (PCDU) or the Mental Health Urgent Assessment Centre (MHUAC).
