POLICE have released images from CCTV footage of men they would like to speak to about assaults in two city nightclubs.

Officers investigating an assault on Saturday, July 27 at the Popworld nightclub on High Street want to locate and identify the man pictured left.

He is of slim build, around 6ft 1in with dark short hair and dark facial hair. On the night of the assault he was wearing a light denim jacket with NEWTOWN written on the back, a dark top with a red and white logo and light jeans.

A renewed appeal has also been issued after a woman reported being assaulted at a city centre nightclub the early hours of Saturday, September 7.

Police would like to talk to the man pictured right and there is an appeal for witnesses to the alleged attack which occurred between 1.10am and 1.35am in the first-floor toilets of Home nightclub on Park Street.
