Hartsholme attack – police want to speak to youths

Police investigating a violent incident on Lincoln’s Hartsholme Estate earlier in the summer would like to speak to the youths in the images.

A 29-year-old man sustained grievous bodily harm-level injuries on July 10 at around 4pm in two attacks. Two 19-year-old men have been arrested to date.

The man is reported to have been assaulted by multiple offenders in two different locations – Spanby Drive and Jarvis Close – when he was punched, kicked and had objects thrown at him.

Detectives would like to speak with the people captured in the images as they believe these youths may have vital information.

“We appreciate that these images might not be the clearest, however we believe that if these individuals are known to you, then it will be evident who they are. They are all believed to be aged in the mid-late teens,” said a police spokesman.

The youth in the top image and the first one below is a white, skinny male with short brown hair.

The second youth (middle images) is a short white male with shaved light coloured/ginger hair.

The third youth with the scooter is a white, skinny male with blonde hair which is shaved on the sides and longer on top.
