Police are appealing for help to find Mateusz who was reported missing from Lincoln on Saturday, July 12
The 26-year-old typically wears tracksuits, shorts and t-shirts, hoodies and trainers similar to the clothes he is pictured in here.
Police have followed several lines of enquiry but so far have been unsuccessful in the search for Mateusz and are now asking members of the public to come forward if they think they have seen him.
