RAF Waddington Families Day 2025 – picture special

It was warm at Waddo for the annual Families Day.

 But the heat did not stop people turning out in force for the event as RAF Waddington opened its gates on Sunday.

There were displays from the Red Arrows and the Battle of Memorial Flight as well as the static attraction of the Vulcan XM607.

“From thrilling aircraft displays to funfair rides, live music, and delicious food stalls — it was a brilliant opportunity to say thank you to our service personnel and their families for their unwavering support,” said spokesman.

“A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success. It was a true celebration of the RAF Waddington community spirit.”
