Thief sentenced

Drew Fraser, of Mere Road, Waddington, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to stealing groceries and razors from the Budgen store at Waddington and a Tesco store in Lincoln. 

The thefts between February 16-18 this year were valued at over £590. He also pleaded guilty to a public order offence when he used threats of violence in Waddington on  February 15.  

Along with a three-year Criminal Behaviour Order which Fraser him from entering the Budgens store or the car park in Waddington, he was given a 12-month Community Order with a 30-day Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and a six-month Drug Rehabilitation Order.  

He was ordered to pay £150 compensation to Budgens and £300 compensation to Tesco.
