Women’s death update

Following a post-mortem examination carried out on Tuesday night police have confirmed that the death of a 51-year-old woman of Prial Close, Lincoln, is no longer being treated as suspicious.

The examination revealed medical issues and had no suspicious findings which would have contributed to her death - police are now in the process of preparing a file for the coroner.

A 60-year-old man arrested in connection with her death has been released with no further action.

The police presence in the area is now completed the Lincolnshire force would like to thank everyone locally for their cooperation while they investigated.
